Big Y has just been redone, inside and out, and they even have a cafe now for the large variety of affordable hot food that they make. Very welcoming, sometimes high priced groceries but the deals they have are worth the stop.

Always clean! Quality produce and deli meats. Love Big Y pizza. Staff is always so helpful and go out of their way to help find items. Love the smiles and friendly service from the cashiers. Cashier, Eva, is very sweet, friendly and always gives off positive energy. A definite keeper!

Cheryl and Val in Customer service are fantastic assets to this location. They went above and beyond helping me with a problem I was having with my member card. I cannot say enough about how much they helped and made sure I left satisfied. These are the type of employees to hold on too.

Love the local Big Y! It's great for quick running in trips or when you have to do the big feeding a whole family grocery shopping. The store is always clean and the employees are so nice and helpful.

Best scan n go in app experience of any of the grocery chains, by far! Scan it's using the app as you shop, put them in the bag, automatically returns to the scanner so you don't have to click the scanner every time you want to scan another item. Scan the QR code at the exit and you're on your way. No need to wait for a self checkout to finish and pay. It's AWESOME!

⭐THIS HERE BAKERY⭐ When managed by DENISE, & HER CREATIONS!!!⭐ LORD GIVE ME 10 STARS!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. She makes what NO other Big Y has! I know I've looked in Worcester & Hampden County*! I've been to most Markets of Big Y, & I'm sure most of them have the same. (which this one does carry the traditional main bakery items as well) But this young lady 😉 knows what she is doing!! Mother of gawwwwd! Its 7:21 am & I want to go there NOW & get my cake on!!! Edited: Np! You guys over there are the best!! Always on point, polite, sincere, & super great to the regulars!! Make them feel like a local corner store, even call us by name, feels great! REALLY Wish other B-Y Markets could take notes* D? Please do NOT stop making my (Just Enough)*

They have good sushi, and seafood. Good butcher section. Decent store. Not usually busy but it can and has been a lot more over the years for some reason. People flocking here more then before.
